Recruiter called after applying online. Set up a date, met two managers in person. I choked on a question and they actually called me back for a quick phone interview and gave me a second chance to answer. Pretty cool. I was contacted by the recruiter for an offer and I accepted. Drug tested and started the 1st of the following month.
