There was first a phone screen by the recruiter, then she set a phone screen with someone on the team, then there was another phone screen with the hiring manager. After that there was an in person interview. At the interview she said there would be another 1 on 1 with the VP for the final two people. I did not make it to that stage. Although PNC interview process is outlined on line, this did not follow the process and took a lot of time.

The hiring process was very easy. However it was pathetic of them to first say that they will release an offer and then come back and say 2 weeks later that they are not moving forward
