The process was smooth but the people interviewing me were entry level alumni. They were stuck-up and looked down upon me being a grade below them. Hiring was an easy transition and the recruiter was nice. They were immature and not what I anticipated. Changed my view on the firm. Also 55 K in PITT was a joke because I could get a lot more. If you want to get the best talent, you pay the industry.
