An initial telephone interview was scheduled and conducted with a human resources rep. This interview lasted around 30 minutes, was fairly simple and just laid the ground work the 1:1 interview. The rep asked simple questions about my experience and education. The 1:1 interview was more of the same, but the human resources rep explained in detail the job title and hours. Also at the 1:1 interview I was witness to the fun and relaxed atmosphere of the call center. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I applied and got a response the next day. They sent me a link for an interview that consisted of STAR questions, personality questions, (i.e. describe your ideal work environment), and multiple choice questions.

The hireVue portion was easy but the wording was confusing. The interview process is fairly quick, a lot of behavioral questions and scenarios to gage how you would react. After the HireVue portion you play a few games one was a mathematical one just easy addition, multiplication and subtraction, one was a matching game with shapes, and one was this or that choices with weird photos

Interviewed with the recruiter. She was very professional and also made it comfortable. I felt heard and cared for VS just being another number in the company. Looking forward to my 2nd interview!
