1st round wss an average level hacker rank
2nd round was a hire vue, some technical questions
3rd round was a superday, 4 different interviews of 30 minutes mostly resume deep dives with a few technical questions
Online One-Way Video Interview:
Candidates record responses to pre-defined questions at their convenience.
Superday Interview:
1. Behavioral Interview - Answer common behavioral questions based on past experiences.
2. Technical Interview - Debug provided code to demonstrate problem-solving and coding skills.
Korn Ferry assessment consists of a very, very fast numeric/logic round, and a challenging technical one-way interviews. The numeric assessment is kinda like the IQ tests. The one-way interviews range from personal questions to stuff like system design.
