Interview process is lengthy in time and confusing. If you have great asset management/bank names on your resume and a lot of key words for your job position it is a good start. If you have managed to meet with hiring manager you will be asked a lot of questions related to what you did before and how PIMCO can benefit from your knowledge. And than it is a salary question. Just letting you know that the slogan of PIMCO should be "We get great talent for free". Basically if you are a professional and willing to accept 10-15K decrease in your salary you are best PIMCO candidate
