The process was basically one 30 minutes interview with a Portfolio Manager that asked a mix of Fit, business knowledge, and Technical questions. The next round would be a super day in their office in London
Call with HR, then call with hiring manager if you advance to that stage. From there, would be an in person interview with the team. I did not make it past the 2nd round.
I did a HireVue, waited two weeks than was asked to do a video interview with HR. I then met with the Hiring Manager. Pretty general questions asking about general market / product knowledge, who you networked with ect.
Had over 8 interviews with every member of each team and region, started out with HR and then with hiring manager and then with every manager in Tokyo. Once that was one there were interviews with overseas managers.
