Positive at the beginning the internal recruiter was friendly and had an initial telephone interview. Met with the head of department for my interview over teams and was told I should hear back about regarding another stage the next week. Never heard anything back from them. I think when you take time out of your day to interview, you should at least receive a response from the company to inform you of your success. Ghosting isn't professional and says a lot about the company.
