Part 1: interview with COO. Very relaxed and great opportunity to explore the rile a display my knowledge and experience. Part 2: a) scenario based role play facilitated by one of the owners. Very comfortable environment and the scenarios were based on real life examples. Great challenge. B) financial anaysis with the COO, to test understanding and interpretation of data to support decision making. This facilitated discussion was tough but is an important part of the role so made sense. Part 3. Final interview with owners based around current trends in L and D. Great discussion and some challenging questions. I actually enjoyed this process and felt that it was completely appropriate for this role.
