The interview process was poorly handled. Instead of a HR round, I was handed out a puzzle round with mathematical problems which I used in my school. Then irritating questions from the interviewer. There wasn’t a sense of proper etiquette or moral values in this interview. I was questioned for my career choices, why I had a double masters , why did I do it again, why did I constantly study , whether the past company I worked at was a small scale company , undermining my past work experience. Literally making me shameful of my career and my choices. The interviewer was least bothered to get to know who I am, or what my career is all about. Instead of getting to know me, I was thrown questions that were negative and pin pointing my varied tracks in my career. Firstly, the interviewer needs to know how to conduct interviews and to know about proper courtesy that needs to be extended.
