Do not work for this company, they are super sketchy. After 2 in-person interviews, I received a formal job offer via a phone call where they outlined the salary and other details. They asked me to respond as soon as I could because the contract was being drafted and they wanted me to start right away. I responded within 24 hours inquiring about any benefits offered and possible room for negotiation (nothing out of the ordinary). They then responded by RESCINDING THE OFFER. I've never heard of this happening. My guess is they found someone to who was willing to work for less money and no benefits, which is one way to run a company I suppose.
