Stage 1 - Video Interview Stage 2 - Assessment Centre - some group activities, a 5 minute interview with 3 senior members of staff who could each ask 1 questions, and a site tour. Stage 3 - technical interview - prepared a presentation, asked about PhD, and challenges with some of the current technology in OIPT's field.
