Pretty straightforward. During the first round with the recruiter, the recruiter made sure to have a normal discussion based process and included all relevant information—how would the recruitment process look like, how many rounds, and which round would be conducted by whom. I attended three rounds, and each round was easy and straightforward. Each interviewer was very friendly and welcoming. Email communication about interview scheduling was almost on time. I was emailed about not being selected and shared the positive feedback for that. It is quite a professional and systematic recruitment process.
