Interview was very easy. But got rejected and it was a surprised to me as interviewer itself was very positive about my response. Better to avoid such company if you don't want to be demotivated.

I underwent an extensive interview process at Oxa, consisting of 8 standard rounds, each lasting about 45 minutes. It started with a screening with HR, followed by 3 technical rounds which included a live coding challenge with a medium (leaning towards easy) difficulty standard Leetcode question, and two more rounds focusing on general programming topics and specifics related to the role. The final 4 rounds were behavioral, where they inquired about my alignment with their Leadership principles. Despite the number of stages, the experience was clear, efficient, and incredibly friendly. The interviewers were supportive and welcoming, ensuring there were no surprises, and I felt equipped to showcase my skills effectively. The team at Oxa communicated promptly and with great transparency, which made me understand what to expect and left a lasting positive impression. The emphasis on candidate experience was clear throughout the process, and the genuine interest in my abilities and potential fit for the role was evident. Oxa's respectful and candidate-centric approach to interviews is commendable, and I am grateful for such a professional and pleasant experience.
