A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and I decided to have a call with him. Call went well and then I had an interview with the hiring manager which also went well and she gave me a practical challenge. I completed the practical and sent it back to her two days later. I hadn't heard anything for a few days so I followed up to see if they had any questions and got an out of office reply. I followed up with the recruiter a couple days later to get an idea of the timeline to fill the role. I still hadn't heard back a week later so I followed up again with the recruiter and hiring manager. It's been a few more days and still nothing, I use an email tracking service so I can see the emails have been received and viewed. So at this point it seems they've just ghosted me
