Very, very casual. I met with Brian at one of the Over the Moon locations and we talked about past experience and time flexibility. The interview seemed to be more a judgement of personality and charisma than experiences or talents. At the end of the interview, which was 30 minutes at most, he gave me a free cookie and ice cream and called me the next day to see when I could come in for my first day of work--very quick turnaround.
