The interview consisted of a 30-minute conversation with the engineering manager, followed by a 60-minute conversation and live coding component with an engineer. I was given advanced notice of the interview format, the language I would be using, and relevant Outschool resources to succeed. Every contact was professional, kind and welcoming. This was a more involved process than most co-op interviews I have had previously, but a very positive one!
