Two remote interviews followed by a task and presentation in person. The presentation was a deep bit of work with a suggested three days of effort put in prior to the actual presentation. There was zero feedback on the presentation despite the effort made. The job was suddenly not being hired for anymore. An incredibly disappointing process for a company that is aiming to live up to B Corp values.
