I interviewed with the proprietor upon completing the online application. I received a phone call to set up interview, which was setup for two days later. Interview was swift, with the proprietor going over my background and personal experiences with me. I was offered a position on the spot and given my first day to report.

Very unorganized, manager didn’t seem to have a clue what was happening in dining area with unhappy guests. Also stated she didn’t know what to ask since she wasn’t the kitchen manager
Enjoyable interview process with down to earth managers. They had 2 people interview me to make sure I was properly hired and it was nice to have a second time to find out more about company and standards

What was the one thing that could be my best and worst quality. Good question in the interview process
There were two interviews on two separate days within a week span. Very easy questioning. Typical interview style questions. I received the job on the spot after the second interview. Came back the next day for onboarding process.
