Smooth and well organised. Met with people from various departments to get a real feel for the company. Everything was online via google meets as the job role is remote, but still felt quite personable.

The interviews themselves were a positive experience and laid back conversations with friendly people. However the process was unnecessarily long, especially for a coordinator role. There was 6 stages of interviews, all with different people, spanning over a 2 month period. There were long periods between each stage and after the final stage there was a 2 week wait after which I got a completely generic rejection email with no feedback at all. I asked for some feedback and got no response. Really poor from them, after 6 interviews they could provide some personalised feedback.
