It was a “working interview”. This was the first time I had ever heard of the concept. I think the purpose is to get an idea of a person’s working and learning styles. After we finished all the usual interview questions, I was given a test on ortho-related coding concepts. Then the coding manager gave a quick tutorial on one of the billing systems and had me enter some charges. I was there for about 3 hours.
