Interview consisted of a portfolio review, a take-home design exercise, and a final presentation of the exercise. I was given a week to work on the exercise, which included a "stakeholder interview" with a fake client to ask questions on the prompt. I then presented my results to three team members. After the presentation, I was told that they were interviewing another candidate and it took them over two weeks to get back to me with a final decision. Everyone was really nice but I did not feel that they respected my time and wish the process had been shorter.
