First received a phone call to interview face to face. On the day of the interview, the interviewer showed me around the warehouse and explained what needs to be done, what type of projects I will be working on, what to improve, and so on. Finally, there was an interview that lasted for approx 20 minutes. Received a decision after a couple of weeks. The total time was 45 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and helpful throughout the processes.
