The interview process was very straightforward. I met with my manager first on teams, informerly, before I went for the physical interview. On the day of the interview, the whole interview was based on my experience as an IT support technician, and there were some questions about transferrable skills that I could also use on the job if my interview was successful. My manager and the head of department were both friendly during the interview, and they made me feel like I already had the job. I was even introduced to some of my future colleagues right after the interview.
