2 stage, 1st with operations business manager and programme manager and second with Ops Director. Smooth communications and well managed process. I was made to feel comfortable and had opportunities to ask questions throughout.
Had just one round of interviews with questions about work experience and behavioral questions, such as 'Tell me a situation when you faced a challenge or argument with a client and how you solved it.'

Optum has a 3 round interview, the first 2 with hiring manager and last HR round. Since this company is subsidiary of UHG, knowledge in US healthcare is added Advantage.
