Interviewed with the director over the phone seemed like a smart man, did well, In for a 2nd in the office interview in NY. Met with 2 people, 1st person good interview, The 2nd person was digging and asking questions that were not a sign of a good interviewer. LAMP install " How did you do that, did you watch a video or follow directions"? What difference does it make how I did it, the point is I have enough knowledge and skill to figure things out and that's the most important thing. The guy was jumping from things I did 18 years ago to what I did in my last job. The conversation felt like a bad 1st date. Didn't get the job, feedback was that I didn't know their scheduler. :)
