Three rounds of interviews. The first with a technical recruiter, who was by far the best I've dealt with in industry so far - knew exactly what he was looking for and what we were talking about at a high level technically. Second round was with the direct manager to be, who was very relaxed but focused on making sure what he wanted to get from a candidate aligned with my skillset (it did). Thirdly, I met others from the extended team and the CISO himself introduced himself in the last 5 minutes and explained some company objectives. A week or so later, I was successful and started. Took only a week or so from starting the process to finish to land the role. Very happy so far.

Interview process kicked off with one of the best recruiters I’ve spoken to ever. Awesome guy, has a technical background so he knew exactly what he was looking for to fill the position. Explained the role and about the company in enough detail to hook my interest. The second interview was with my hiring manager who explained the role further and what the team was looking to accomplish. The third interview was with a panel of teammates across multiple disciplines under the IT umbrella. Every touch point with the crew was great - it never felt like I was being grilled or scrutinized, they all flowed really well like a natural conversation. The final touchpoint was with the CISO which was cool to get a very high level view of where the team is at and where they want to be in the near and far term.
