A surprise group interview (applicants expressed surprise at being grouped together for it) with all applicants across multiple states in which Drew gave an hour long PowerPoint presentation on the company as a whole and then how to be a team player in the sales department. There was some questions and answered throughout but most of it was saved for a Q&A section at the end. Regardless of what you actually applied to, it was just a way to funnel people into sales and many people left the zoom meeting as soon as they realized that (I stayed till the end, but respectfully left as well).
