There was an intro round phone screening which was fine, like most are. Then I got invited to a Zoom video interview. At the scheduled time, I waited in the call for an hour with no word and only got word after the hour that they needed to reschedule. The rescheduled interview went well and smoothly and I was promised to be met in my location in a couple weeks, since they were visiting the area. After that, they completely ignored me the entire time they were here, even after me reaching out. Very unprofessional ghosting and a very frustrating interviewing process.
