Process spanned across 8 weeks as a result of the holiday season. The interview process included an introductory call with HR, a phone call with the hiring manager, a 3 hour on-site interview to meet with various team members, and meeting with the CFO. In-persons included a few case studies. Overall, the experience was very positive and I believe was set up to not only provide candidates a chance to understand the function and team dynamics but also the culture of OnDeck as well. HR was responsive and accommodating in scheduling follow-up meetings throughout the process. Looking forward to joining OnDeck in the new year!
