      Entrevista

      Very organized interview process, they clearly value candidates' time - from start to finish timelines were clearly communicated, response times were quick, and overall great experience. My interview process took about 5 weeks. Note, it probably lasted longer than most because I was interviewing in the midst of moving from SF to NYC so scheduling in-person interviews was more difficult, but they were very accommodating. First, I had a phone screen with the hiring manager who provided a great introduction and overview of the company, and she then scheduled a phone interview with my boss which was a great conversation and provided really good insight into the responsibilities, expectations, and goals for the role. I then had a 3 hour virtual interview (would've been in-person if I was in NYC) where I met with the lead of each team I would be working with closely - sales, design, and product. I particularly appreciated these conversations since they gave me good insight into how the company thinks about product marketing. After that I had a 2 hour onsite interview with all the members of my direct team - some were 1:1 and some were group. This also included a 30 min conversation with a Sr. People Ops Manager which provided great insight into the company culture. The final round consisted of a take-home assignment which was helpful in giving me an idea of the kind of work I would be doing and it did not require too much time. After the final round, they also had me come in for a conversation with their Chief Revenue Officer which was more informal and really focused more around answering any questions I had, and I received a tour of the office which was great. Overall, everyone was really friendly and I felt that I received honest and helpful answers from everyone I interviewed with. My boss and the HR team were very accessible throughout the whole process - answering any questions I had and even scheduling additional meetings I requested to feel 100% confident in my decision to accept their offer.

      There were really no unexpected questions - good mix of skills, experience, and behavioral questions. Be prepared to speak to not just the marketing team, but also teams you'll be working with closely (sales, product, design). So for example, one question I received from the sales enablement leader was "What kinds of sales enablement collateral have you created for sales teams in the past?"
