This isn't about an actual interview but a recruiting voicemail that I received. The voicemail sounded more like a robo-call. The message was in a monotone form. So much so I thought it was a voicebot. I really don't know how to describe it other than it was just really strange and off putting. At no time did the recruiter use my name or provide any type of personal touch. Again just really odd, strange, and weird. My advice to Q's recruiter - if you're going to call someone at least have the courtesy to use the individual's name. If you're not willing to make the call somewhat personal don't bother. First impressions are lasting, and my first impression of On Q Financial is to stay away. Final note - no offer was given as I didn't speak to anyone. However, I had to give a response to the offer question to complete the review.
