I only had the phone screen. The recruiter described the current state and it sounded screwy. They invested a lot in technology but very little in people. That made the job really mundane and full of low level work. The last person in the role didn’t “work out”. I guess my lack of enthusiasm was apparent since I didn’t progress to the next round.
