Phone conversation with HR (30 minutes), phone conversation with manager (60 minutes), home assignment ( one week to finish). Last one didn’t go well, on my personal laptop I don’t have environment to implement part of assignment, therefore I prototype needed part and left a note about prototyping. Reviewer from Omaha Health didn’t bother to read the notes and complained they need to tweak the code to make it work...Do they understand the concept of prototype? Can they read the notes? Even worth, they canceled next part of interview- code review and didn’t inform me. Rushed from work to home and waited for phone call, send email and got reply it was canceled. Do they have work ethic? Do they respect applicants? I think after spending 5 hours on home assignment I deserve an answer or explanation why engineer(s) from OH are not agree with my proposed tech solution on home assignment.
