Had two sections - behavioral and then case
Behavioral was rather straightforward, simple fit questions (including why OW?)
Case was vague, the question was: how does a bank make money?

Cover Letter, then Online Logical and Motivational test. Then 3x 30 min case-based interviews and 1x 30 min motivational/fit interview in -person. This was an AC day that was all back to back.
