After screening through the CVs, the recruitment representives of the Dubai office invited me to take an online numerical test.It consisted of 30 questions to do in 20min, consisted of arithmetics problems, geometry and quite a variety of probability problems.I managed to make it to the 19th question by skipping several probability questions.A week after that I received an invitation to attend a case cracking workshop with around 70 other candidates, we were grouped in tables of 5 to 7, and the consultants circulated around the tables taking notes of our answers and ways of interaction with our teams. Late that night , I was called by an OW consultant and invited to diner the next evening with a selection of the workshop participants.Three weeks after the diner, i was invited to the first round of interviews that consisted of 2 back to back interviews; 1 to 1, each for an hour (10 min resume and 40 case then 10 to answer any questions i had).The overall process was very well organized and I had enough notice time to prepare wich saved some unecessary tension and anxiety
