I had at least five interviews, including the recruiter, the hiring manager and with people on the team. I made it through all of the interviews, which seemed to go well and received positive feedback. After a month of interviews, they ghosted me with no explanation or response when emailed. It was frustrating to be told that the next step was the offer, and then not even get an email back from the recruiter.
