Went through a recruiter. The first step was a telephone interview. It lasted 45 minutes. There was a lot of emphasis place on the core values and balance scorecard. The situational question were straight forward regarding leadership styles. On site interview was scheduled three weeks later due to vacations and holidays. On site interview was 1:1 with physicians and upper Management. Panel interview were given with all other associates as a group based on job function. On site interview was 1.5 days.
