I was contacted via email to participate in a video interview. That lasted a lot longer than the 25 minutes they estimated. It included both video answers and written essay typed responses. They also gave me 30 minutes to analyze student data and present the most impactful 5 minutes of the lesson I would plan to address the data. It was challenge given no other parameters. After a few days I was contacts via email to schedule an in-person interview at their job fair. I was interviewed by one of the principals. At the end of the interview the principal admitted that they had no current openings for my certification, but they were seeking out good candidates in the event that they did have an opening later (based on enrollment for next school year). They said they probably wouldn't be in contact until July or August.
