A great interview experience overall. From discovery of my CV, I had my first stage the following day which was a casual but informative discussion. The second stage was 2 weeks later in the office which felt comfortable, everyone was friendly and didn't feel overly pressurized. Feedback and offer came a couple of days later, with me being able to join the company in a weeks time, Team Octopus was able to sort out my contract, payroll and background checks in extremely quick time meaning they could be onboard me in time for my start date. For a company of this size, having such a quick turnaround is very impressive and sleek so I've been very impressed.
