The interview process was incredibly smooth and seamless. The bank utilizes HireVue, which records your answers to interview questions. While a little awkward at first, you get used to it fairly quickly and have the flexibility to take your interview at any time. The follow-up interview after the HireVue is much less like an interview and more like a meet-and-greet with the team that you will be working with. It was overall a great experience!
