OTSi has good reputation in the job Market. i would like to share my experience with this company I have been called for an interview for a technical Position. During this process couple of Recruiters interacted with me. on the day of my interview, as soon as entered the company HR Person has attended me Immediately. Generally if we go for interview with any big or medium company they make us wait for hours and hours. it's not the case with OTSI. Within Half n hour I have been Seated in the Interview after my interview with in 2 days they have posted feedback as well. I was stunned even though iam rejected they have sent a feedback mail. Over all I am happy with the experience I had with OTSI.
