I applied online and was contacted to participate in a video interview. After scheduling a slot, it appears my interviewer simply forgot about our scheduled interview, as I was waiting in-queue for approximately 15 minutes for them to answer my various in-app calls etc. After getting fed-up of waiting, as I'd scheduled this interview during my 1hr lunch break, I sent my interviewer an e-mail reminding them we had an interview. Relatively shortly after, my interviewer called me when little time of my lunch break remained and we resorted to having a telephone interview, rather than video. A week later, I e-mailed my interviewer for an update and received no response. Considering my interviewer's lack of punctuality, concerning our scheduled interview, I would have thought they'd have the simple decency to at least give an update. I do not appreciate having my time wasted and this experience has not left me with a positive impression.
