Round 1, was a phone call from a person who might as well be mistaken for a robot. The way the conversation unfolded was similar to an experience speaking to a bot who had a set number of answers. I remember specifically asking her if the job was a field work and she said 'NO'. I had to go to their office for round 2 where I was taken aback by their reply on the job being a 100% commission and on field job.
