Production work is mostly nepotistic in that people are hired by recommendation and who you know. Once you get in you have to perform or they don't rehire you for the next project. This business is based on "you are only as good as the last project", so you have to be consistently on top of things. One major requirement is to be ON TIME no matter what - early is best.
