I was approached on LinkedIn, at first I was very hesitant because of OKX's culture, but after talking to the recruiting leader my perspective changed and gained some confidence to give it a try. I then met with three other interviewers on the business side, the conversations were inspiring. The whole process took 2 weeks before I received an offer.
