I received an email inviting me to a video interview within hours of applying. I had a preliminary video interview with a senior team member and then was invited to come to the office for "Day in the Life". This was a series of 6 tasks that are commonly executed around the agency (campaign reporting, excel data cleaning, building a landing page, building buyer personas etc.) About a week later I was invited to meet with the co-founders. I chatted with each of them individually for an hour about what they were looking for, what I was looking for and the nitty-gritty like salary expectations, etc. Then later that day I got a phone call with an offer.
