Not very thorough interview, didn't cover much of the companies history or philosophy. This was just for a PT position although it was evident that they were interested in FT on a management track. If this particular store was both cleaner and ran more effectivly I would have probably stayed but life is too short to put up with work conditions as they were. Just don't let this effect your overall view of the company.
