They begin with a drug screening process and background check. Obviously, they don't want people stealing or harassing employees so you have to have a clean background. Drug screening is also necessary to perform driving requirements. From time-to-time you have to drive to deliver parts. Employees call in sick very often so you'll have to perform days work in a day for both. Then, you meet with the store manager and they will ask simple protocol behavioral questions. Just answer accordingly and you'll do great. So basically, there is no interview. For instance, I literally told her I have very limited knowledge of part features and functions and the manager replied, "You'll get it with time". If you're willing to learn and work hard to perform well, then yes, you will "get it with time". Although, I think it would be easier if they trained new hires better.They just go through the process. Dress well, put a smile on your face, and seem ambitious to learn. Easy....
