Quickly contacted. The HR person did not seem very enthusiastic. 2nd interview was all and only about them and the interviewer. No interest in my experience and my potential contributions. Seemed to get the message that I would not fit the profile of hunter as I am a "busy parent". No questions about my sales experience. Felt a little judged for being a full time parent following the same career path. After few minutes of conversations the interviewer put me in the basket of "more of an account manager person"
I had a very positive experience throughout the four-stage interview process at Nuvei. From the very beginning, the process was clearly structured and each step was well-prepared. I had the opportunity to speak with multiple people, including the recruiter, VP of Sales, and Director of Sales – which gave me a well-rounded view of the team and the company culture.
What stood out most was the transparency around Nuvei’s values and expectations. At every stage, communication was open and honest, which helped build trust and gave me a clear understanding of what working at Nuvei would be like.
A special thanks to Elena Tsankova, who was not only incredibly supportive throughout the recruiting process, but also continued to check in after I joined the company to see how things were going. Her dedication and care for candidates make a real difference.
Overall, I felt truly supported as a candidate, and I appreciate the professionalism and humanity Nuvei brings to its hiring process.

I recently interviewed with Nuvei and was impressed by the entire process. Everything was well-structured and professional – starting with an intro call with the recruiter, followed by well-prepared interviews with both the VP and Director. I was also given a case study/pitch to present and felt well-supported throughout. All my questions were answered openly and transparently.
I'm happy to share that I received an offer and accepted the role. A big thank you to Elena Tsankova, who supported me throughout the process and beyond. A very positive experience overall!
